Also pricing needs to be right. But the problem is they already have a free offering (iPlayer / ITV Hub) so unless they make/buy exclusives it's not going to work.

It doesn't happen during adverts or local news, just on Good Morning Britain is there an issue with the studio that's causing the interference.
