    @nickeardleybbc every Labour voter I know talking about media bias (and other things) as key issue in defeat, particularly pro Tory bias by BBC and ITV. No WAY u don’t know they say this. Glaringly missing from reasons Labour give for their defeat in ur report on morning news.

    @virginmedia It’s broadband and tv. All I can do is watch recorded shows. Can’t even get bbc itv etc. All I’m told is there’s a complex problem in the area but other people I know seem to have problems with either the tv or internet and nowhere as bad as ours. Extremely frustrating

    Couldn't watch Eng v NZ game yesterday on @virginmedia because the ITV picture was appalling. Just switched on for the Wales v SA game exactly the same issue. Time to switch from this very expensive flaky service. #nothappy

    @ITV watching the World Cup on @Freely_tv there’s a big drop in picture quality on itv after coming from the bbc with HD broadcasts. Is there a chance the frame rate on itv could be raised to match what the bbc provide? Itv broadcast quality is jarring after watching bbc
