People in Shotton Colliery near Peterlee tell ITV Tyne Tees they heard a loud ‘bang’ that they thought may have been a car crash as a parachutist landed on the roof of a house this afternoon. The man was airlifted to hospital with serious injuries.

Jeremy Kyle is truly awful & even though I have watched it in the past, I won't miss it. Now that ITV are in a culling mood, how's about they get rid of the entire ITV2 channel, Keith lemon, about 85% of their other shows & spend the money of some new films that aren't The Mummy

Can’t believe how truly terrible EETV is. Tuning freeview channels is atrocious. Currently get 43, no BBC, ITV or any basic ones using new aerial. If it does find them they just disappear. Bedroom TV gets all the freeview ones and that’s on an old aerial in the same spot. #EETV

@ITV I started to watch #MurderInProvence which I had been looking forward to only to hear so many unnecessary uses of the names Jesus and Christ that I simply had to switch off. This is growing problem on tv programmes. Please advise writers to stop this.

@ITVTonight @SaimaMohsin 7/ again..I can’t survive on pip alone, what I get helps me with my health as like @ITV mentioned being disabled and ill costs a lot of money and I think the help we are getting from the government to help towards the increase in cost of living of £150 is diabolical compared…
