Trying to listen to ‘Grace’ - each time something important happens, the background music becomes overwhelming and all important info is lost. And subtitles don’t work on Catchup. What a waste of time! @ITV

Why is it, in the year 2021 that the @ITV Apple TV app is so utterly dreadful. The search is particularly terrible, but even the pause live tv fails half the time.
