Why is @ITV player so ****. It plays the ads fine but gets stuck at the programmes. Spend some of that ad money on making it work

@MultiStoryTV @ITV This is awful and extremely tragic news. How is this a recurring problem and we can’t protect these innocent children despite involvement of social services? How is the system repeatedly failing these children? What needs to be done better to prevent similar incidents? Awful!!
