@JennieGow @bbcf1 I remember the first F1 race on ITV. It was around 5am, Moss was live in the studio before the race. When asked about @therealdcf1 ‘s chances he replied “The problem with Coulthard is that he’s just not enough of a bastard”. Jim Rosenthal nervously has to apologise!

@mod_soc_dem @ITV Do you want everyone sacked who says or writes something you don’t agree with ? Isn’t it a little disproportionate to take away a person’s employment opportunities. Or perhaps you think anyone convicted of a crime, no matter how minor, should never be able to work again.

Kevin Lygo of @ITV says Clarkson’s vile anti-Megan rant does not reflect the views of ITV. I’d suggest it probably does as Lygo & @ITV are keeping Clarkson on as host of #whowantstobeamillionaire so they obv have no problem with what he said at all.

It seems @ITV don’t understand how employment contracts work because apparently they have “no control” over #JeremyClarkson. I imagine that if he’d said the same things about the Princess of Wales as he did about Meghan they’d have found some “control”.
