Kids these days will never know the life where there were only a handful of TV channels (at least in the UK) like BBC One, BBC Two, ITV, Channel 4 and Channel 5 and absolutely awful quality! Plus Top of the Pops!!!

Thought I would catch up with England game on @itvhub. Have not used it for a little while, I now know why . Nothing has changed in terms of layout,no tv schedule to look back on Worst of all no HD It will soon be 2019 ITV !

@londonjessicas The problem is that to make a profit the @BBC would have to cancel all the niche, interesting programmes and it would slowly turn into ITV, with wall to wall Love Island. The licence fee and its remit means that we get a greater variety of programming.
