@JennieGow @bbcf1 I remember the first F1 race on ITV. It was around 5am, Moss was live in the studio before the race. When asked about @therealdcf1 ‘s chances he replied “The problem with Coulthard is that he’s just not enough of a bastard”. Jim Rosenthal nervously has to apologise!

If we are able to throw them at plug stage it is less wasteful altogether than throwing them at a finished stage. Yes... awful. But lesser of two evils for many of us.

@darrengrimes_ Channel 4 is an exemplar of how a public boby should work: it’s completely self funding, is independent of any commercial forces which it means it can concentrate on its job: providing quality programming and unbiased news (provided for them by ITV!).

@ITV Hi there, I have an ITV player issue. Whenever I try to use it I log in then press play and it asks for my postcode. I fill in that page then it goes back to the show page, i press play and it asks for my postcode again. Just loops doing this in all browsers. Can U help pls?

@thisisAlanTurk @ITV @thismorning What gets me is he's so awful. He isn't even a good presenter. Or his wife. How is there such a shortage of presenters? There isn't. This is ITVs design not the glitch. They love the attention. Give the new talent a go. TM has become so lame, in general
