    @darrengrimes_ Channel 4 is an exemplar of how a public boby should work: itโ€™s completely self funding, is independent of any commercial forces which it means it can concentrate on its job: providing quality programming and unbiased news (provided for them by ITV!).

    @JennieGow @bbcf1 I remember the first F1 race on ITV. It was around 5am, Moss was live in the studio before the race. When asked about @therealdcf1 โ€˜s chances he replied โ€œThe problem with Coulthard is that heโ€™s just not enough of a bastardโ€. Jim Rosenthal nervously has to apologise!

If we are able to throw them at plug stage it is less wasteful altogether than throwing them at a finished stage. Yes... awful. But lesser of two evils for many of us.

    @ITV just finished watching Kelvins farm and this program came on about the royals. @loosewomen s Charlene interviewing a lady. So how was it meeting the King of ENGLAND? Wow. Have him. Nobody else wants him. Absolutely terrible thing to say , but not surprising. Switching off!
