@darrengrimes_ Channel 4 is an exemplar of how a public boby should work: it’s completely self funding, is independent of any commercial forces which it means it can concentrate on its job: providing quality programming and unbiased news (provided for them by ITV!).

@ITV #itvhub I am so absolutely fed up having to sign in with email address and password nearly every time I want to watch a programme on catch up. Please can you sort it. Fed up of having to look for my password! I'll give up for tonight.

@ITV What's going on? Hub kicks me out. I have to sign in with a password I set up a year ago and not used since and obvs can't remember but can't even request a forgotten password? You're website has a contact us and no obvs options to actually make contact?

@Jade_BP yeah i know he has clubfoot, but im pretty sure that was all sorted out when he was younger. nowhere on his social media does he mention his club foot, and as a disabled person myself the situation that hugo’s been put in by @ITV would probably one of be my worst nightmares
