No adverts normally increases quality, without the anchor of the Beeb, they would sell more and more advertising, meaning less quality. @dpwax @BritishGas @ITV I also have had the worst service possible I’ve phoned BG at least 10 times , my direct debit goes out 1st so my first payment around 10 October it’s now 14th November and I’ve had 0 payments from BG - should of had £132 by now!!!!
