No adverts normally increases quality, without the anchor of the Beeb, they would sell more and more advertising, meaning less quality. @ITV Please sort out your player - nothing but problems lately. It freezes/crashes after the adverts play, it doesn't remember shows I'm watching between mobile and TV apps, and when it does remember, it automatically tries to replay the last episode rather than the next one!

@ITV has money buddies on saying use Turn2us. I did it said I could get universal credits. I applied the advisor said I would get zero! So does not always work. I'm on minimum wage and a unpaid carer and I get nothing #nohelp #unpaidcarers
