No adverts normally increases quality, without the anchor of the Beeb, they would sell more and more advertising, meaning less quality. @tonyblackburn @ITV Quite, but Saturday was the worst if you don't want to watch that or tennis! 12 onwards on BBC1 it was on ALL day/night as even a late film & documentaries after were tennis based. And on 2 it was ELO night who I love, but poor mother in law, with just terrestrial & housebound..
