The decision on the debates should be made by an independent panel...and if Johnson and Corbyn have a problem with what the panel suggests an empty chair can always fill in for them.

Everything is played at a stupid speed and everyone is high pitch. They fix it across the boxset and later seasons are fine - first three though! Argh!
