No adverts normally increases quality, without the anchor of the Beeb, they would sell more and more advertising, meaning less quality. It was good to see @ITV cover Lou Macari's work with the homeless in Stoke. Every homeless charity is a failure of government. There's a quarter of a million homeless people in the UK and 240,000 long term empty homes. Any government with the will could solve homelessness.
