No adverts normally increases quality, without the anchor of the Beeb, they would sell more and more advertising, meaning less quality. Thing is @ITV, while Matt Hancock is onscreen we are forced to confront and remember the awful times during lockdown. #ImACeleb should be a platform to move on from this, what everybody wants. But you seem to want to rub our noses in it. Why? His time onscreen is obscene to us.
