The decision on the debates should be made by an independent panel...and if Johnson and Corbyn have a problem with what the panel suggests an empty chair can always fill in for them.

No adverts normally increases quality, without the anchor of the Beeb, they would sell more and more advertising, meaning less quality. Outside ITV, no other channel provides regional news, and ITV /1

The @ITV streaming service is unusable, it buffers so much. I've tried both my phone through the ITVX app and on my laptop through a browser so all the "clear your cache" advice is nonsense. It just doesn't work.
