No adverts normally increases quality, without the anchor of the Beeb, they would sell more and more advertising, meaning less quality. @ITV is about time itv invested some money and upgraded a little, sound quality is abysmal and stuck about 20 years behind nearly all other broadcasters by only having stereo sound and not 5.1 surround, todays tv’s and sound systems made for surround not vintage stereo!!!
