I’ve been to your technical pages and can’t get through to the contact centre due to wait times of 30m. HELP!!!

It may well need root & branch reform. But I for one would miss it if it was broken up. We'd be left with ITV, Sky & numerous pay TV channels.The NHS isn't perfect either.

She AND Harry said that she asked for help and was told that she could not get it because she was not a paid member of the staff and it would look bad.
