@PhilipJCooper78 @Nick_Metcalfe Jeff Wayne’s Jubilation was used up to the end of the 85/86 season, during which there was actually no football shown until the 2nd half of the season. That was due to the dispute btw the Football League and the BBC/ITV. I think money was basically the problem!

Really enjoyed @ITV's "Morecambe and Wise: The Lost Tapes", always great to see their work. It would have been better, though, if they'd done the "documentary" bit in one go, then shown the entire Lost Show in its entirety, then had the comments from the family, friends & fans!

according to @ITV the only problem with Smart Motorways is that drivers need to be educated on their use. I suppose that means that if your car is stopped, then you should keep out of the way of lorries and drunk motorists. Get out of your car and rub like ****. Tough on granny?
