Ofcom's codes and processe are broken. They will find a way out and not uphold the complaint. Believe me I know! Its worth you complaining tho!

I find it slightly baffling that the response from ITV was "This was a genuine mistake by the panel. We apologise if this caused any upset to viewers."

The BBC as well as ITV no longer hold the rights to the Football League and the EFL won't take kindly to unauthorised airing of it's old highlights. They might have to pay extra to screen them.

The main suspect has cleaned up the broken glass and lamps before forensics are even put in to check, after the police visit. And that's just one of the many gaping holes in what should happen.
