Can’t even get bbc itv etc. All I’m told is there’s a complex problem in the area but other people I know seem to have problems with either the tv or internet and nowhere as bad as ours. Extremely frustrating

Trying to find the start of the Six Nations Rugby on demand and we get 10 minutes of adverts every time I skip forward to try and find the right place. Terrible user experience.
