Companies can now use Internet social media etc. ITV is not immune or unable to deal with increased competition, but BBC with ads ain't gonna help. Most company ad budgets I've done are a strict % of turnover. So same cash over more media.

Time to take the show back to its roots (for at least two episodes each week) as a rural drama, with an increased focus on farming and countryside issues.
