    @MoneySavingExp Can't receive Social tariff broadband with KCOM as already a customer. However can receive it on lowest speed of 30 currently on 300. New customers can get any speed. KCOM is a monopoly

    @vicwhittamITV I went into KCOM last week and told them I want to cancel my £45 per month internet. I told them I was moving to Connexin for £25 per month. Suddenly, they could do it for £30 per month. Amazing?

    @kcom @seanroyce1 over 30 mins on hold yesterday to try and change my BB package. No answer, even though I was 4th in the queue. Why aren’t you offering your existing customer the same packages open to new customers in these very challenging times? Show the country that you care!

    @KCOMhome @EmmaHardyMP Hi Emma...could you help me? My mum has alzheimers and KCOM have cut her fone off, depriving her of a potential life line if she has another stroke. She had obviously cancelled her DD but I didn't find out until today

    Why is the market for broadband so terrible in Hull? Monopolies. Prices have gone up by 9% in a year yet there are literally just two providers - Three and KCOM - that cover my residential area near a high street and the university
