@patrickbryant32 @CooperativeBank Patrick, if you are still having problems, there is a work round. If you instal VPN software then Coop Bank website and app will not realize you are on Sky, Virgin, BT, or KCOM etc. I just did it myself and it worked a treat. So @HullBadgeMan was and still is first project I trusted myself with since that time. It something I’ve known all my life , from my dad buying badges while he was doorman at 3tuns at BP to becoming seller at 12 at KCOM. Never did I see me running badge making but here we are

@CooperativeBank hi I live in Hull and there seems to be a problem at the moment with being able to connect to Internet banking via KCom which is our only available service provider here. I know several friends are having the same issue. I've contacted KCom are you able to help.

@JanieSu Hi Jane, we aren't blocking the CO-OP bank website. This is an offnet issue and not specific to KCOM. Rest assured, this is actively being investigated.

@CooperativeBank My problem was that the KCOM DNS was unable to locate the Co-operative bank. I have switched to using VPN and that has sorted the problem.
