Kcom can't price match or any special offer to renew contract ?? Makes no sence at all since pure uses the kcom fibre network?? Time to switch??

I was less impressed with her 'If it's not the microfilter then I dunno what the problem is' line! Kcom customers don't know how good they have it.

Dave Lee (@davelee1968) reportedBeen trying to download a 6.5GB file since 8:30 this morning. The connection to the internet has dropped out about 9 or 10 times. KCom service has been very erratic and shite for several weeks now and it’s actively ******* up my work.

Kai Green (@bipolarminddrop) reported@KCOMhome currently getting 10mbps download speeds and ping of 40ms+ ping to any server, including the KCOM servers that usually have 1ms ping. Have full upload speed, however. Is there an issue on your end?
