I manage high level complaints for a telecommunications company as their customer service is dogshit but hell its nothing compared to @KCOMhome’s nonexistent customer service all together. If bigger companies who have over 4 mill customers can respond then tiny kcom can too!

@KCOMcare hi KCom I have no internet connection. I have been on hold now for 35 minutes and moved from 29 to 23 in the queue. Is there anyone answering calls? This is my first day as your customer and feels pretty poor so far.

@KCom Check out my Speedtest results! 12.9 Mbps down and 0.4 Mbps up. Is this acceptable?

  • HullCityLive Rick 🎗 (@HullCityLive) reported

Fav game was the defeat to Chelsea in the FA Cup because it was nice to see the KCOM full and it was a last hurrah for Bowen and Grosicki. Worst was obviously Wigan. The night the years of disinterest and decline all came home to roost. #hcafc were a laughing stock. #hcafc2020
