🕷 ʍǟƈ ʝօʀɖǟռ ɛֆզ ⚫ 🇪🇺 #resister (@ramtops) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England@srkc1975 @AndyofNewcastle @djb2708 @PaulBrandITV I do know that. We were the first house in East Hull to get fibre, and Openreach laid the cable from the exchange*. But the average punter has no option but KCOM for their service, unless they go for one of the wireless providers.

Andy (@andyrobertshull) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England@KirstieMAllsopp We had this issue in Hull for a long time as historically we had Hull Telephones that eventually became KCOM. It's only in the last few years when the Government changed the law and we got hundreds of telephone poles from different companies that things have changed!

karl (@hcafckarl) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, EnglandThis is the distance from the KCOM Stadium (our home ground) to the away ground. None of these little stupid amounts to add on to make it more. Also, not trying to seem “better than anyone” just thought it would be interesting to add up at the end of the season 👍🏼 #hcafc

TRUTHS ALWAYS (@cybertruckSly) reported🚨🇬🇧 BREAKING: The UK’s communications regulator, Ofcom, has officially recognized Starlink as a suitable broadband option under the country’s 10 Mbps Universal Service Obligation (USO). According to UK broadband outlet ISPreview, homes with access to an affordable Starlink plan may no longer be eligible for a USO broadband connection through BT or KCOM. Reports indicate that some applicants have already had their USO requests denied because Starlink service was available at their address. Earlier this year, Ofcom also noted that the introduction of lower-cost Starlink plans helped reduce the number of UK properties without access to affordable, decent broadband to roughly 4,000. The decision marks another milestone for Starlink, reinforcing its role as a practical connectivity solution for rural and underserved communities across the UK.
