Ive escalated to Ofgem and, in the process, Ive found KCOM are not members of CISAS nor ISPA where customers can find resolution. Kris Bean (@kkrrbb76) reported@KCOMhome installed 22 Feb. Remedial work reported to kcom. Wall box hanging off wall , cable loose and untidy, entry point hole for cable about 5 times bigger than the cable. Inspection on 14 April to report the install needs starting again. No further communication. Garbage.
