What data do you have apart from pre-registration that supports the investment in our area? And don’t say pre-registration because the poles were never mentioned. Not even a huge saving over KCOM which have great customer service. Not painting a great picture of Connexin.

@kcom wtf your guy has said he can dig up outside my house till 11pm at night

  • OptimisticLyon Prof. Sir SL. Backing Boris (@OptimisticLyon) reported

@UswitchUK I wasn't getting the broadband (KCom) speeds I was expecting, I rang and they sorted whilst I was on the phone, it was a firmware update that had affected my router, it just needed resetting which they talked me through, and I got the 500mbps I was expecting, excellent service.

KCom individually come to their own conclusions about TWSA, and though they were all shocked initially, they realize KDJ probably needs the most comforting So he’s just sitting there, braced for the slap in the face, and gets confused and anxious and guilty when it never comes

@robhodgson1966 And I know how hard we have tried and like all other companies who have tried to collaborate with KCOM have come to the same conclusion. As you’re aware the police are investigating the criminal damage and we will leave that to them, have a great day.

@GreyAreaUK All providers will be going this way to support the PSTN being retired and replaced with VoIP. Should be okay in general (not withstanding the ongoing issues my mother has had with KCOM). I'd trust PlusNet much more with this.

  • litenheat69 Chris Holwell (@litenheat69) reported

@peter_levy Connexion, the council, Ofgem and SDG Group don't care I've contacted all of them and they don't want to know. Nothing on consultations with residents and flying under the telecoms act. Kcom are as bad for not allowing reasonable access. Best of luck sticking them up in our area

@KCOMhome Hi,rang Monday to report that the fiber cable to the property had been cut, said a engineer would come to fix it today, but Kcom send a installer instead of a underground cable engineer, so how long do I have to wait now?

  • AndrewN77197386 Andrew North (@AndrewN77197386) reported

Waiting for tech support for a land-line fault at #kcom on their chat for over 30 minutes... 70 mins in total. Can someone please respond.?

@Plusnet Would like to take up your offer to renew my contract with Plusnet. Unfortunately, before the 18 month contract ends I will have moved to the KCom area in Hull who do not support Plusnet. Will I have to pay a fee for having to terminate my contract early?
