@davelee1968 You may have an issue somewhere if that happens, Dave. Lightstream should do that at all. I’ve never had it happen. Ring Kcom, see what they say, they usually send you a new router first.

@SkintDad @KCOMhome It's the inverse of people who have never been to Hull slagging off the place.. people who have never lived outside of Hull and experienced other providers **** off KCom.

  • TheRealMike Dr Mike Willis (@TheRealMike) reported

Great service from @kcom and @OpenreachHelp this morning fixing my broken line. I only reported the fault last night. A tree branch had been rubbing against the line and had worn through in such a way that broadband worked, albeit slowly, but the phone didn't work at all.

@fishface58 @KCOMhome Are you using the kcom supplied equipment? If so that’ll be the problem

  • lloydyyyyj Lloyd Jackson (@lloydyyyyj) reported

@SkintDad @bt_uk @KCOMhome People seem to have either no issues, or no end of issues with KCOM. Ours was good at first but over time it has slowed significantly, and that’s a similar experience to most of my friends and family.

  • AlanAtkinson85 Alan Atkinson (@AlanAtkinson85) reported

@SkintDad @KCOMhome That's the general opinion I hear. I think the damage was done to KCom during the broadband era. Which was utterly appalling. But they've improved a lot and as I say, I can't fault their current services. They're also very good to deal with too, should you need to call them.

  • Danger_Bri Brian Johnson (@Danger_Bri) reported

@RobOz73 @SkintDad @KCOMhome There was a government White Paper published showing that KCOM have always offered use of their network at the same or similar rate to competitors as BT. The difference is population non of the other companies wanted to come in at that rate. 1/2
