@mrslee1970 @KCOMhome I’m with pure broadband , but all the fibre cabling is KCOM! How often do you reset your router? I’d also check if you have to log into any authentication / remote desk top , it could be that , that is the issue being slow etc

@HullCityLive Ehab now uses Whisper after KCom turned their back on him. Similar with the takeover, he's sending facsimiles to Turkey - just bad pictures of money with smiling fans behind it.

FFS KCom. We wait years for them to install full-fibre and even when they are doing it in darkest Lincolnshire they can't do it on their own doorstep, and they have just told me they are reducing our broadband speed by 33% with no other choices. No way to run a service! #KCom

Been trying to download a 6.5GB file since 8:30 this morning. The connection to the internet has dropped out about 9 or 10 times. KCom service has been very erratic and shite for several weeks now and it’s actively ******* up my work.
