    Love it when everything in the house runs through the wifi and then KCom goes down. At this rate we might as well have signed up to get the money for using less electricity because the only thing working is the sodding lamps.

    The @The1904Club is a good listen but @bbcburnsy can you get Kcom to come down and sort your internet out? You're massively delayed and your voice keeps dropping out.

    @Jakewoolford01 Hello Jake KCOM do not provider Wi-Fi just the service up to the router. if you are having issues with your Wi-Fi there is a help section on our website

    @Chamaerion @andreajenkyns Hull never had red phone boxes. They were never part of the Post Office or BT. They are owned by KCOM and are usually cream coloured.

    @KCOM as large areas of Hull are without internet, at what point do consider your customers? Give us an update and likely timeframe. There are businesses and customers working from home. Don't treat us like crap cos we will walk.

    @JellyTotPixel @HullMichelle75 @JanPurling From my experience working with the engineering team across KCOM yes it can take upto two weeks they arenโ€™t in no hurry the HU8 outage at the end of last year took that long but most only take 2-3 days
