@ant_thedesigner That's a shame. It used to be the opposite problem: KCOM overpriced, the rest of the UK had caught up and the customers are left with no choice because of KCOM's monopoly as an ISP.

@DianaJohnsonMP Another example of @KCOMcare monopoly at work, and we wonder why other Internet Service providers won't come to Hull. KCOM could and should allow other providers to use their network but money speaks volumes and they don't....

@DianaJohnsonMP It’s about time we had more choice of internet in the city. No Sky or BT internet allowed which would be cheaper and more reliable than rip off KCOM. Kcom always cuts off and drops reliability in peak hours. Customer service is terrible too

@Haths51 @RSGreen1983 @hulllive They didn't do it because Kcom or KC as it was at the time priced it so high for rental that it wouldnt have been a viable option to come to hull. Why would you charge a customer £30 a month when as a ratio its costing £50 a month to supply that customer? Its not viable.

@Nasstar We're a former KCom and now Nasstar customer. Our MPLS network has been up & down since 3am this morning. Your service levels are shockingly bad. Extremely difficult to get hold of anyone. No information what's going on. No indication its even being look at!

@Haths51 @RSGreen1983 @hulllive Why would you put infrastructure in without knowing you have a viable customer base 1st? That was the whole point of them approaching KCOM to rent out some of its capacity. Yes it would cost a lot, no denying that but you can't tell me it wouldnt be made back.

@michaeltriffitt @Invisiblebear84 @MickCordukes Completely agree we should move to standing behind goals but this particular occasion is down to the stupid idea of holding playoff finals at 5th and 6th tier grounds - either switch back to Wembley or hold them at larger stadiums in the area (Elland Road/KCOM/Riverside)
