    @ant_thedesigner That's a shame. It used to be the opposite problem: KCOM overpriced, the rest of the UK had caught up and the customers are left with no choice because of KCOM's monopoly as an ISP.

    @ExileAryui @KCOMhome The monopoly has broken. With MS3 network cables now laid or being laid around Hull and East riding there is another 7 choices of fibre providers in the area. Im leaving kcom next month to go in a better package which is £20 per month cheaper

    Do not renew your contract if you use @KCOM. The contract will continue anyway, but if you renew and then terminate the contract, you will be subject to draconian termination fees.

    @kappacino @sen_j59 It is. Although we're starting to see other companies start to creep in. Only trouble is the competition is digging up half of Hull in order to install their own infrastructure as KCOM wont share theirs.

    @peter_levy Bt have to let other companies use there network so why are KCOM being like this . This will give people more Choices on who will provide there services

    @ReformDylan @andreajenkyns Apart from Hull never had red boxes, they were usually cream, KCOM was never part of the GPO or BT
