Ofcom (@Ofcom) reported@domhall @gwobek @domhall Hi Dominic, regarding landline provision, BT and KCOM are the only providers in the UK that are required to provide a service upon request. They should advise if this can be provided.

I was less impressed with her 'If it's not the microfilter then I dunno what the problem is' line! Kcom customers don't know how good they have it.
