@ant_thedesigner That's a shame. It used to be the opposite problem: KCOM overpriced, the rest of the UK had caught up and the customers are left with no choice because of KCOM's monopoly as an ISP.

@PJBuckingham They outplayed us at the KCOM so it was entirely predictable given our "Not-up-not-down" mindset!

@emerald1910 Kcom fined me £120 for missing an appointment I never had in January (theft as far as I'm concerned!) and they've only just (last week) credited my account but not returned it! Taking liberty's is an understatement! 🙄

@Bakedbe51247544 @KCOMhome Go to Pure, I've switched to them from KCom in 2017 never had a problem with them. Much cheaper than KCom and it's the same fibre line.

I am paying more for a package from BT as KCOM aren’t the best but BT are so much worse and I never thought that could be beaten but boy they’ve whooped them

@DEANCARR2010 @lynnsey4 @KCOMhome So basically you are getting a lot of wireless interference in your house. That is nothing to do with KCOM. They provide the service to your house but can't control what happens inside. It's your internal network that's at fault. Invest in a WiFi mesh set up or ethernet adapters

Thread: Providers with inbuilt social tariffs don’t usually advertise this in their marketing material, but BT, Community Fibre, G. Network, Hyperoptic, KCOM and Virgin Media O2 are the six broadband providers in the UK that offer the social tariffs to those on Universal Credit.

This has been going on for at least a year on/off after I lost the will to live with the issue. Someone there somewhere must be able to sort their system out for something so bloody simple. This @kcom email address has been in use for 26 years. Craziness

@lukeOT92 My last two tweets will tell you that I agree with you Luke, Elder looks identical to Greaves, our stadium is still called the KCOM and our second goal scorer vs Cardiff was Lewis Coyle, not Lewie. Terrible

@Haths51 @RSGreen1983 @hulllive They didn't do it because Kcom or KC as it was at the time priced it so high for rental that it wouldnt have been a viable option to come to hull. Why would you charge a customer £30 a month when as a ratio its costing £50 a month to supply that customer? Its not viable.

@Haths51 @RSGreen1983 @hulllive Why would you put infrastructure in without knowing you have a viable customer base 1st? That was the whole point of them approaching KCOM to rent out some of its capacity. Yes it would cost a lot, no denying that but you can't tell me it wouldnt be made back.
