Richard Proctor (@proctorstudio) reported@LukeORiche My computer knowledge was hammered out on the anvil of Dell, but this is a hosting software problem not accessible by me. A combination of KCOM, Nasstar and Eclipse. And they seem to have taken the weekend off.

Dan Ford (@DanFord1986) reported@Haths51 @RSGreen1983 @hulllive Why would you put infrastructure in without knowing you have a viable customer base 1st? That was the whole point of them approaching KCOM to rent out some of its capacity. Yes it would cost a lot, no denying that but you can't tell me it wouldnt be made back.

Dan Ford (@DanFord1986) reported@Haths51 @RSGreen1983 @hulllive BT/Virgin TRIED to rent kcom lines to offer the city more options years back. Kcom offered an extortionate deal. Thats how they got round an investigation by the Communications Ombudsman. Its not viable for them to put in infrastructure without the customer base already there.
