Goodmeister (@goodmeister) reported@AvonandsomerRob I'm in Hull and we have Kcom which isn't available anywhere else. (We have white phone boxes, not red). I pay for 600mps and it's way faster than anywhere else I've been. They offer up to 900 here as well. New customer offer is £35pm here as well.

Still no KCOM Customer Services or management update received. The ineptitude continues.
