  @ant_thedesigner That's a shame. It used to be the opposite problem: KCOM overpriced, the rest of the UK had caught up and the customers are left with no choice because of KCOM's monopoly as an ISP.

  @SkyNews BT telephone boxes are red. Hull & the surrounding area are not served by BT. Phone boxes in Hull and the surrounding area are cream with service provided by KCOM Group Ltd.

  @leemelonopie @KCOMhome It's not our equipment, it is kcom not supplying the service we are paying for
