My router and connection has been 100% since May. Only reboot was a fw update. And I've not had to call support yet. I gladly pay the premium price for a brilliant service.

Paul Burley (@paulxdesign) reported from Manchester, England@ant_thedesigner That's a shame. It used to be the opposite problem: KCOM overpriced, the rest of the UK had caught up and the customers are left with no choice because of KCOM's monopoly as an ISP.

Unfortunately, before the 18 month contract ends I will have moved to the KCom area in Hull who do not support Plusnet. Will I have to pay a fee for having to terminate my contract early?

Same people who moan KCOM have a monopoly are now the ones who don’t want other companies. If KCOM were so easy to work with why are all other supplies having to build their own network?

Nothing on consultations with residents and flying under the telecoms act. Kcom are as bad for not allowing reasonable access. Best of luck sticking them up in our area

Hell, if you want Sky, TalkTalk or most other providers they run down another network. I don't get your point?
