My router and connection has been 100% since May. Only reboot was a fw update. And I've not had to call support yet. I gladly pay the premium price for a brilliant service.

You charge some of the highest rates in the country for your broadband and its piss poor along with your customer service

Luke Bedford (@lukebed79) reported@ExileAryui @KCOMhome The monopoly has broken. With MS3 network cables now laid or being laid around Hull and East riding there is another 7 choices of fibre providers in the area. Im leaving kcom next month to go in a better package which is £20 per month cheaper
