    @ant_thedesigner That's a shame. It used to be the opposite problem: KCOM overpriced, the rest of the UK had caught up and the customers are left with no choice because of KCOM's monopoly as an ISP.

    @aj_180 @VodafoneUK I'm now on private fibre that is not a BT or Virgin service but rather kcom. My router and connection has been 100% since May. Only reboot was a fw update. And I've not had to call support yet. I gladly pay the premium price for a brilliant service.

    A KCOM spokesperson, said: “We apologise for the service disruption earlier today that affected customers across Hull and parts of East Yorkshire. We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to fix the problem and everything should be returning to normal now.

    @peter_levy Hi Peter, just received message from Kcom, 12 hours after internet restored. Not about having no internet, can do other things, it’s about the appalling service and No communication from them. Are they on your show tonight

    @HowardGant9 @EE @SkyUK Look at Sky when you can. I cant knock them at all. I got Oakley a phone and the deal they provided me with was amazing. When KCOM was off Sunday, EE was shocking for a signal. Sky had 5G and was so quick!

    @KCOMhome #KCOM I’m a disabled customer of yours with no mobile & Wi-Fi dependent iPad &a landline I had no Wi-Fi most of the day #HU3WestHull &all your lines to busy( pre-recorded message) I’ve only just found out by accident it is back on - Not Pleased at all KCOM

    @jordantyson92 @_kirst99 Everyone switching to tethering their phones for data with KCOM being down is strangling the networks. Spoke with a Three rep via DM massive spike in demand.
