My router and connection has been 100% since May. Only reboot was a fw update. And I've not had to call support yet. I gladly pay the premium price for a brilliant service.

Paul Burley (@paulxdesign) reported from Manchester, England@ant_thedesigner That's a shame. It used to be the opposite problem: KCOM overpriced, the rest of the UK had caught up and the customers are left with no choice because of KCOM's monopoly as an ISP.

hc (@indianasc0nes) reported@PollardRach I was on KCom when I lived in Hull, it was the worst internet provider I’ve ever experienced. The TV would disconnect from the WiFi despite it being less than 2m from the router. Signal upstairs was non existent. Horrendous

In our last home we had PlusNet and never had an issue in 10 years, KCOM aren’t performing well tbh, we rely on wifi more than ever as many work from home.
