Why would you charge a customer £30 a month when as a ratio its costing £50 a month to supply that customer? Its not viable.

Taking liberty's is an understatement! 🙄

Because it would open up real competition, not these WISPS. Real competition that would drive down prices. Hell, it would also gice us another option to sky!
