If you instal VPN software then Coop Bank website and app will not realize you are on Sky, Virgin, BT, or KCOM etc. I just did it myself and it worked a treat. Laurence Howe (@Laurenc53826262) reported@CooperativeBank My problem was that the KCOM DNS was unable to locate the Co-operative bank. I have switched to using VPN and that has sorted the problem.
