@JanieSu Hi Jane, we aren't blocking the CO-OP bank website. This is an offnet issue and not specific to KCOM. Rest assured, this is actively being investigated.

@patrickbryant32 @CooperativeBank Patrick, if you are still having problems, there is a work round. If you instal VPN software then Coop Bank website and app will not realize you are on Sky, Virgin, BT, or KCOM etc. I just did it myself and it worked a treat. @KeithHornsby Hi Keith, I'm sorry for the trouble you've had accessing the app using your wifi. Some customers have experienced the same issue who hold their broadband with Kcom so it does look like an issue their end. However, our IT team have also been made aware. - Chris

@pvbsc1 We're aware of an issue with a third party who manages the internet traffic routing for some UK internet and mobile providers. It's affecting several, for example, BT, SKY, KCOM and EE. I want to assure you we're working with the third party to resolve as quickly as possible. 1/2

@faisalislam KCOM decided not to pass on their contractual price rise this year to help customers. Shame BT have not. Fortunately I’m leaving them at the end of the month and saving over £13 a month for a faster product.
