@phg1 @C1974W @Babble____ I have never known any new lines go to any house, ones outside can be replaced but not into your house. Dont Kcom run the Hull area ??

  • Chris_P_Green Chris Green (@Chris_P_Green) reported

@DianaJohnsonMP Another example of @KCOMcare monopoly at work, and we wonder why other Internet Service providers won't come to Hull. KCOM could and should allow other providers to use their network but money speaks volumes and they don't....

  • DanFord1986 Dan Ford (@DanFord1986) reported

@Haths51 @RSGreen1983 @hulllive They didn't do it because Kcom or KC as it was at the time priced it so high for rental that it wouldnt have been a viable option to come to hull. Why would you charge a customer £30 a month when as a ratio its costing £50 a month to supply that customer? Its not viable.

@Milky_Buttons_ @Connexin @KCOMhome The KCOM network is built brilliantly, but the service they provide is incredibly flawed after years of growing their reach but not their support team. Hell, if you want Sky, TalkTalk or most other providers they run down another network. I don't get your point?

  • robhodgson1966 Rob Hodgson (@robhodgson1966) reported

@falamgir @KCOMhome I have just revisited this article and Kcom have actually used poles because the UG cable was armoured, so the poles are the first and only way to provide the fibre service to the residents at this time. Connexin have the right to use Kcoms ducts, that's the difference.

@EE Hi David. She has moved to an area on the east coast which isn't an area you provide great speeds for - KCom seem to have a monopoly over there. Upon realising her speeds were dreadful, she contacted you and got told she had to complete her contract regardless of the poor speeds.

@LukeORiche My computer knowledge was hammered out on the anvil of Dell, but this is a hosting software problem not accessible by me. A combination of KCOM, Nasstar and Eclipse. And they seem to have taken the weekend off.
