    @JPAzure @MrCowper Alternative means … go on, like what? Move house to an area with BT coverage? Ring up Elon and get some Starlink? I’m all ears. It’s not the fact that KCOM systems go down, it’s the long fix times. We’re hearing ‘hopefully by Tuesday’.

    @indianasc0nes @PollardRach I'm in Hull on Kcom, never had any bother with it whatsoever. If your WiFi is causing you problems then it's likely that your router is at fault. Kcom offer a free service to help with that also

    @KCOMhome Terrible service from KCOM, one of the most expensive providers in the Country and we are stuck with them in Hull. I bet we won't even be compensated for this mess, been off all day now and it's regularly dropping out.

    @Ash_470 @PollardRach Kcom do not use the same lines as BT, they are fibre direct to the premises on their own network.

    @jordantyson92 @_kirst99 Everyone switching to tethering their phones for data with KCOM being down is strangling the networks. Spoke with a Three rep via DM massive spike in demand.

    @peter_levy If KCOM let the other companies share the network under PIA agreement like BT do there would be no need for more poles and digging the streets up
