    @KCOMhome hello kcom, I've noticed for the last couple of days my dl speeds for the Steam platform is terrible. Not even hitting 1meg sec. Are these being throttled? Thanks.

  • C_Ripley72 Craig Ripley (@C_Ripley72) reported

    @XMissFuryX @KCOMhome So how long do we have to endure this for? Do we get a rebate on the money we pay for a service we are not getting. Kcom why don't you just come out with it and say you are throttling everyone's Internet?

  • Ian_yorks Ian Money (@Ian_yorks) reported from South Cave, England

    @Steve09425095 @seanroyce1 10mbps download and 0.75 mbps upload here thanks to @KCOMhome. Yet the CEO claims that all KCom customers have lightstream, a groundbreaking internet connection. I struggle to do my job from home because of the poor internet.

  • willsonjamesd James Willson (@willsonjamesd) reported

    @DanLittle180 @DavidMeyler Kcom do a 900Mbps package now so guessing it is, £79 a month isn’t too bad either

  • benguzdek Ben Guzdek (@benguzdek) reported from City of Kingston upon Hull, England

    Without a doubt the most dramatic end to a Grand Final I’ve ever seen. Hardaker misses the conversion to win the game for Wigan, Fages misses his drop-goal to win the game for Saints. But from the rebound, Jack Welsby touches down! The scenes in the KCOM stadium are insane!

  • _lukebrownz Qfiddy (@_lukebrownz) reported

    @sam_welburn @Begbieeee @KCOMhome I assume you’re not on KCOM so I propose we switch homes for a week. Therefore experiencing each other’s broadband service. Then we can come to an actual conclusion.

    @MartinSLewis When local businesses are going bust, why are you intent on harming them. I live in Hull and I'm perfectly happy with kcom. We have one of the fastest Internet speeds in the country. Customer service is excellent.

  • taff_owst Taffleberry (@taff_owst) reported

    @Steve09425095 @KCOMhome @Roisindubh7 If you're getting to the slow speed on steam, PSN, Xbox etc then that's been requested OF kcom to try and limit the ridiculous server traffic atm. If you mean generally, are you on fibre or broadband? As my fibre connection, outside of gaming, is absolutely fine.

  • MWHULL Matt Wilson (@MWHULL) reported

    @KCOMcare can someone help me please? You keep sending bills to my uncles house when KCOM was notified that he had been found dead 17th March shortly after, my sister was then advised the account had been closed down and the nominal amount had been removed from the account?

    @lMiskYl its a KCOM issue?
