My last bill date was 15th January 2023. I'm paid monthly and my next payment's due 7th Feb and my next Kcom payment will be on or around the 7th.

Daniel Rose (@ExileAryui) reported@JonKirby1974 The issue is in any other city it wouldn’t effect the entire infrastructure such as retail or hospitality but most companies are forced to use kcom and now they are no doubt losing custom and therefor money, it’s a sham… and needs addressing.

Chris Green (@Chris_P_Green) reported@angus_young61 Take a walk down Cranbrook Avenue towards Greenwood Avenue you have KCOM poles with interconnecting wires one side with Connexion Poles on the other, it's unbelievable and totally unappealing and once their wires go up Cranbrook Avenue will look ridiculous. @DianaJohnsonMP

Ive escalated to Ofgem and, in the process, Ive found KCOM are not members of CISAS nor ISPA where customers can find resolution. zigzagtoes (@zigzagtoes) reported@Tosh_ag @MikeeP1981 It's always worth having a secondary dns. Most of the time I don't realise kcom is down, cos of a back up dns I entered years ago. Anyhoos, main router settings, look for gateway settings, and as secondary put googles (8.8.8.8) or search net for others, in primary put kcoms....
