hc (@indianasc0nes) reported@PollardRach I was on KCom when I lived in Hull, it was the worst internet provider I’ve ever experienced. The TV would disconnect from the WiFi despite it being less than 2m from the router. Signal upstairs was non existent. Horrendous

VixieP #nhsblueheart💙🇺🇦 (@vixielou1972) reported@bt_uk No, we moved to Hull so we can now only get @kcom but we desperately want BT to bring a service to Hull that way we could actually get a whole weeks worth of internet. I don’t even bother switching Wi-Fi on my @ee phone I just use my data 🙄

In our last home we had PlusNet and never had an issue in 10 years, KCOM aren’t performing well tbh, we rely on wifi more than ever as many work from home.

Mike Horsfield (@MikeHorsfield1) reported@peter_levy Hi Peter, just received message from Kcom, 12 hours after internet restored. Not about having no internet, can do other things, it’s about the appalling service and No communication from them. Are they on your show tonight
