    Do not renew your contract if you use @KCOM. The contract will continue anyway, but if you renew and then terminate the contract, you will be subject to draconian termination fees.

    @JonKirby1974 @KCOMhome @Kcom Please don't blame the customer service/ tech support people you speak to because i used to work for kcom and in a situation like this we aren't told anything either it's not there fault they can't help you

    @JPAzure @MrCowper Alternative means … go on, like what? Move house to an area with BT coverage? Ring up Elon and get some Starlink? I’m all ears. It’s not the fact that KCOM systems go down, it’s the long fix times. We’re hearing ‘hopefully by Tuesday’.

    @peter_levy If KCOM let the other companies share the network under PIA agreement like BT do there would be no need for more poles and digging the streets up

Liquidity will be safely withdrawn and injected in coming DEXes as ZEAL or KCom Withdrawals are possible until September 30th, but we strongly advise everyone to withdraw before August 31st.     Its ridiculous that @KCOMcare @KCOMhome have not provided any updates and we are having to hear from people online that have rung them that it is expected to be down for a couple days. #KCOM
