  @RomeoOscarEcho @declang05 KCOM are a bad company but one of thee best providers in the UK they’re one of limited company’s that provide Full Fibre across the UK. Issue is staff and management there are shocking and don’t care for customers. When I worked there we had 13 mins to take a call or loose pay :/

  @KCOMcare @KCOMhome @KCLightstream I live down kildale close off howdale rd.We had a letter stating we are getting full fibre to the property.Workmen have been and dug in front off only 10 houses and gone. WTF .any info of the plan would be great please.

  @KCOMhome #KCOM I’m a disabled customer of yours with no mobile & Wi-Fi dependent iPad &a landline I had no Wi-Fi most of the day #HU3WestHull &all your lines to busy( pre-recorded message) I’ve only just found out by accident it is back on - Not Pleased at all KCOM

  @SkyNews BT telephone boxes are red. Hull & the surrounding area are not served by BT. Phone boxes in Hull and the surrounding area are cream with service provided by KCOM Group Ltd.

  @leemelonopie @KCOMhome I know a few who've been on it and they all said the same thing. It's good at times but too inconsistent. Lots of major slow down at peak times. 3 of them have gone back to kcom the others are still stuck in a contract but moving back when they can.

  Love it when everything in the house runs through the wifi and then KCom goes down. At this rate we might as well have signed up to get the money for using less electricity because the only thing working is the sodding lamps.

  @JonKirby1974 @KCOMhome @Kcom Please don't blame the customer service/ tech support people you speak to because i used to work for kcom and in a situation like this we aren't told anything either it's not there fault they can't help you

  @danjsansam @ThreeUK KCOM isn’t down they are just fitting new poles across all of hull to prevent widespread outages, they warned you of this 17 hours ago as it will last between 1-5am
