@MrsMags_C @CooperativeBank This has been confirmed as an issue, not just isolated to KCOM but one that is also affecting other providers such as BT, SKY we have been informed there is an issue with the third party who manages the routing to The CO-OP Banks website, this company is actively investigating.

@patrickbryant32 @CooperativeBank Patrick, if you are still having problems, there is a work round. If you instal VPN software then Coop Bank website and app will not realize you are on Sky, Virgin, BT, or KCOM etc. I just did it myself and it worked a treat. @KCOMcare there is an issue with kcom customers logging into the co op bank mobile app on WiFi ! This is verified by Co op bank Twitter account - is this being resolved ?

@JanieSu Hi Jane, we aren't blocking the CO-OP bank website. This is an offnet issue and not specific to KCOM. Rest assured, this is actively being investigated.
