    @KCOMcare @KCOMhome another day, yet again Kcom Internet service is down. However, not according to their website. No online customer chat function. Help pages as useful as a chocolate fireguard. Terrible hold music. Maybe I'll get through this time 🤔

    @Gazzz_91 @KCOMhome KCOM State in there contract you will still pay for a non functioning service, Unless it has been 14 days or longer

    Do not renew your contract if you use @KCOM. The contract will continue anyway, but if you renew and then terminate the contract, you will be subject to draconian termination fees.
