hc (@indianasc0nes) reported@PollardRach I was on KCom when I lived in Hull, it was the worst internet provider I’ve ever experienced. The TV would disconnect from the WiFi despite it being less than 2m from the router. Signal upstairs was non existent. Horrendous

Also they have been decorated by KCOM, not the council, because Hull FAMOUSLY has their own phone network/internet provider rather than using BT. Their phone boxes were originally white not red.

Ive escalated to Ofgem and, in the process, Ive found KCOM are not members of CISAS nor ISPA where customers can find resolution. You charge some of the highest rates in the country for your broadband and its piss poor along with your customer service
