    @peter_levy Connexion, the council, Ofgem and SDG Group don't care I've contacted all of them and they don't want to know. Nothing on consultations with residents and flying under the telecoms act. Kcom are as bad for not allowing reasonable access. Best of luck sticking them up in our area

    @falamgir @KCOMhome What you asking me for? Try KCOM but go through with the process this time . You don't like the bad press well tough. You're full of excuses sort it out with KCOM! Castle Grange doesn't want your product !

    @KCOMhome @KCOMcare hi I’m not a KCOM customer as I live in a different part of the UK yet I’ve purchased a router of eBay that was something you called a “LightHub”. It’s a technicolour DGA4231 router. I’m just curious as to wether you’ve disabled engineer mode on it? Thanks

    @Brendon7375 Pearson must have enjoyed running us more than he does Hull Fc.Some great times,That buzz knowing something special was happening and did happen won't mean the same again.Nicks goal v Walsall we will never see a quicker goal at kc,kcom,mkm or what ever its called in the future.

    @Bridget29841898 @peter_levy If all KCOM wanted was payment then why are there no other companies in hull? there is clearly another problem, or everyone would share with kcom already like they do with BT outside of hull

    @peter_levy “omg poles are ruining the city” are people forgetting when KCOM does it. Same people who moan KCOM have a monopoly are now the ones who don’t want other companies. If KCOM were so easy to work with why are all other supplies having to build their own network?

    @UswitchUK I wasn't getting the broadband (KCom) speeds I was expecting, I rang and they sorted whilst I was on the phone, it was a firmware update that had affected my router, it just needed resetting which they talked me through, and I got the 500mbps I was expecting, excellent service.

    @KCOMhome are awful, DO NOT USE. My daughter left Hull 2 move london 4 a job, they refuse to canx her contract & she's paying it still. They said its her own fault 4 leaving b4 contract end date. She's in a shared house now with BT, but KCOM refuse to canx & making her pay it.
