    All I want to do is settle down with a nice movie on Netflix but I’m still waiting to see if I’ll be allowed the internet in my new place because KCOM charges £60 per month and my Appointee might say that it’s a bit too expensive to pay

    @KCOMhome #KCOM I’m a disabled customer of yours with no mobile & Wi-Fi dependent iPad &a landline I had no Wi-Fi most of the day #HU3WestHull &all your lines to busy( pre-recorded message) I’ve only just found out by accident it is back on - Not Pleased at all KCOM

    @Jakewoolford01 Hello Jake KCOM do not provider Wi-Fi just the service up to the router. if you are having issues with your Wi-Fi there is a help section on our website

    @KCOMhome I have now been on hold to KCOM for 40mins and been passed from one team to another trying to get my Internet sorted. Can whoever it may concern be made aware that I am at the end of my tether with the level of support I have received since joining KCOM.
