Jane Shaw (@JanieSu) reported@CooperativeBank hi I live in Hull and there seems to be a problem at the moment with being able to connect to Internet banking via KCom which is our only available service provider here. I know several friends are having the same issue. I've contacted KCom are you able to help.

Some customers have experienced the same issue who hold their broadband with Kcom so it does look like an issue their end. However, our IT team have also been made aware. - Chris

Craig Arthur 🏴 (@craiginscotland) reported@faisalislam KCOM decided not to pass on their contractual price rise this year to help customers. Shame BT have not. Fortunately I’m leaving them at the end of the month and saving over £13 a month for a faster product.

Mike Bowman (@mikebowman999) reported@patrickbryant32 @CooperativeBank Patrick, if you are still having problems, there is a work round. If you instal VPN software then Coop Bank website and app will not realize you are on Sky, Virgin, BT, or KCOM etc. I just did it myself and it worked a treat.
