@KCOMhome Hi KCOM couple of questions about your Full Fibre service please... - Is the telephone service delivered via interface to the router with Full Fibre? Is it possible to keep an existing telephone number (KCOM) with a switch from copper to fibre?

@KCOMcare Hi - I’ve spoken to KCom - there’s an issue with service due to traffic volume - been advised it should be sorted by 10:15

  • AwReza Alexander Reza Wood (@AwReza) reported

@marktheram7 Same in Hull. Goes way back as the area has it's own independent phone network. KCOM. That's why we cannot change supplier, bit of a monopoly which is rubbish for price . The phone box is cream to highlight this

@mrslee1970 @KCOMhome I’m with pure broadband , but all the fibre cabling is KCOM! How often do you reset your router? I’d also check if you have to log into any authentication / remote desk top , it could be that , that is the issue being slow etc

  • Carlwilks2011 Carl (@Carlwilks2011) reported

@KCOMhome what is going on the Internet is down again. This is the second time in just two weeks, and I start work soon. Not good enough kcom😡

  • enjoysilences And another thing... (@enjoysilences) reported

@EmmaHardyMP Currently working from home in the KCom area. Paying more for that than the people I work with not in the KCom area. Maintaining monopoly provision is regressive as people on lower salaries pay a higher % of pay for connectivity. Support reforming business rates.
