KCOM Issues Reports
Latest outage, problems and issue reports in social media:
-
AJ (@alanjury) reported@KCOMhome I just had someone claiming to be from KCOM at my door trying to convince me to take your service by lying about the Openreach alternative not being full fibre. Whether that was dishonest or ill-informed, arguing with potential customers is not the way to get business.
-
evie 🌗 (@Pivotless) reportedit's easy to slate german Internet infrastructure because it is diabolical, but crawling over glass would be less painful than getting KCOM to actually help need to hear back from the engineering team to see when they can do this 5 minute job (bcs they just cba today i guess??)

Robbo ▪️🔸🇬🇧🇹🇷 (@itisalex_) reported@KCOMhome Internet is down for those Hull citizens wondering 💩 #KCOM
-
Emma.Watching.History🏴🇬🇧🇺🇦 (@SpectatorEmma) reported@SkyNews BT telephone boxes are red. Hull & the surrounding area are not served by BT. Phone boxes in Hull and the surrounding area are cream with service provided by KCOM Group Ltd.
-
Andrew Ross (@Andy_Ross1962) reported@ReformDylan @andreajenkyns Apart from Hull never had red boxes, they were usually cream, KCOM was never part of the GPO or BT
-
hc (@indianasc0nes) reported@steviee_p @PollardRach But whether it’s the only provider or not, if the service is ****, it’s ****. I lived in hull for 3 years and knew tonnes of people on it (50+) and every single person had a bad experience. You could say the same about reviews for every company but none are as bad as Kcom
-
Steve Parker (@steviee_p) reported@indianasc0nes @PollardRach There's no other line based provider in the area for people to review, that's the issue and a lot of people tend only to leave reviews when disgruntled. If any other provider was enter the area it wouldn't make a difference as they would rent Kcom lines though M3 are laying cable
-
Andrew Ross (@Andy_Ross1962) reported@Chamaerion @andreajenkyns Hull never had red phone boxes. They were never part of the Post Office or BT. They are owned by KCOM and are usually cream coloured.

Vennie (@Vennie2691) reported@KCOMhome what is the matter with KCOM AGAIN? MY 200 / 75 MBS service is SO slow I can't even run a speed test!
