Kane Fulton (@KaneFulton) reported@thomasforth I worked for Kcom's tech helpdesk pre-fibre availability and it was (at times) the most demoralising role. Hull now has it better than most (albeit pricey). Ironically, I now get only slightly better speeds in central Leeds due to the absence of Openreach down my LS1 street.

csharpforevermore (@CSharp4EverMore) reportedKCOM Hull really don't learn. Thank goodness for third parties logging issues and making them known. I have been stressing out trying to work from home but not a peep from @KCOMhome @KCOMcare. They let people call their phone lines and wait rather than tweet about issues. >:(
-
Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust (@HumberNHSFT) reportedWe are currently experiencing a technical fault with our CAMHS Crisis telephone number (01482 301701). Please call 01482 259400 until further notice. We are working with KCOM to resolve this issue as quickly as possible and will provide any updates here.

The Marvell College (@TMCHull) reportedUnfortunately the school telephone lines are currently down, we have KCOM engineers fixing the problem. Sorry for any inconvenience.

Taj Ali (@Taj_Ali1) reportedProviders with inbuilt social tariffs don’t usually advertise this in their marketing material but BT, Community Fibre, G. Network, Hyperoptic, KCOM and Virgin Media O2 are the six broadband providers in the UK that offer the social tariffs, priced at £10-£20 per month.
-
KCOM Care (@KCOMcare) reported@nicknottz @KCOMhome Hi KCOM does not prevent any other ISP from providing service in the city as we are not legally allowed to do so Thanks Sean

Harry Noble🍋 (@harrynoble__) reported@Ciaran__od Not a chance. It’s just a farcical idea, you think Kcom internet is ****? Imagine that on a country wide scale.
-
Revd David Messer (@MesserStanton) reportedI am paying more for a package from BT as KCOM aren’t the best but BT are so much worse and I never thought that could be beaten but boy they’ve whooped them
