  @SkyNews BT telephone boxes are red. Hull & the surrounding area are not served by BT. Phone boxes in Hull and the surrounding area are cream with service provided by KCOM Group Ltd.

  @KCOMhome Hope we are getting a refund for the outage I pay nearly 70 pound a month and had no internet for 8 hours so far not good enough @kcom

  @indianasc0nes @PollardRach I'm in Hull on Kcom, never had any bother with it whatsoever. If your WiFi is causing you problems then it's likely that your router is at fault. Kcom offer a free service to help with that also

  @ReformDylan @andreajenkyns Apart from Hull never had red boxes, they were usually cream, KCOM was never part of the GPO or BT

  @peter_levy Hi Peter, just received message from Kcom, 12 hours after internet restored. Not about having no internet, can do other things, it’s about the appalling service and No communication from them. Are they on your show tonight

According to UK broadband outlet ISPreview, homes with access to an affordable Starlink plan may no longer be eligible for a USO broadband connection through BT or KCOM. Reports indicate that some applicants have already had their USO requests denied because Starlink service was available at their address.   @KarenJukes2 @andreajenkyns You find out. Educate yourself at the same time instead of proudly displaying your ignorance. They belong to KCOM a PLC and a company that has always run an independent telephone exchange and never part of the then GPO. They were originally cream.
