    @LloydsBank hi I am getting a security message to verify its me when I log in to online banking. It says it will phone and when I press call me it immediately just said "we can't because the phone is unavailable" but the number is right and working. What should I do? Thanks

    @LloydsBank About october 2020 Iast time. I tried to log on mobile bank but the password was not right. It's hard to address these problems outside UK. When I call, I can't hear clearly. What will happen if I wouldn't receive my card? Can I just leave it until I go back to UK next time? Tks

    @LloydsBank went into Hartlepool branch to do ID check etc for an account for my 13yo daughter. Great service (kicking myself for not getting the lady's name), she talked directly to my daughter about the account, explained well and gave her good security advice too, 5*

    @LloydsBank I haven't written a cheque in years and don't have my cheque book. I need to write one now. Is there a way to issue a single cheque? The app allows me to scan cheques I have received but it would be nice to print one out

    @LloydsBank On 16th June I was told by your complaints team that they'd call me in 5-7 working days with an update on an account I've been trying to open since November. I'm still waiting for that call.
