    @LloydsBank hi I am getting a security message to verify its me when I log in to online banking. It says it will phone and when I press call me it immediately just said "we can't because the phone is unavailable" but the number is right and working. What should I do? Thanks

    @LloydsBank yet again you Share Dealing Mobil Service is down again, one of the most appalling services out there yet they charge £8.50 a trade 😡

    @JaimesRS @LloydsBank Lots of customers received multiple duplicate emails from Lloyds Bank yesterday. Seems to have been a system glitch. They have apologised.

    How many online customers does @halifax @bankofscotland @LloydsBank have in the UK? How many customer support agents on phone lines? It's wholly unacceptable to say you want to speak to me urgently; that if I don't call you'll block my card & account, but don't answer the phone!
