@LloydsBank hi I am getting a security message to verify its me when I log in to online banking. It says it will phone and when I press call me it immediately just said "we can't because the phone is unavailable" but the number is right and working. What should I do? Thanks

@LloydsBank Hi yes I did not receive the one time pass word, tried twice, then rang the fraud number as requested held for 35 minutes no sign of being answered, why? You have my home phone , and my email, I appreciate that they are busy , but no less importantly so are your customers help?

@LloydsBank hi cineworld have took 73.60 out of my account today in error which has made me go into my unarranged overdraft on my Lloyds basic account. Will I be charged for this. I do get my pay in tonight at midnight.
