@LloydsBank hi I am getting a security message to verify its me when I log in to online banking. It says it will phone and when I press call me it immediately just said "we can't because the phone is unavailable" but the number is right and working. What should I do? Thanks

@LloydsBank Firstly, I'm not Sophie-Louise?! Secondly, the advisor put me through to wrong department resulting in additional prolonged waiting time. If you are going to block payments you should 1. Let the individual know 2. Provide a ring back service. Ridiculous.

@LloydsBank it's evident that for some time now Lloyds Bank have been unable to cope with the quantity of calls received. What is Lloyds Bank's plan to rectify the problem? Waiting times & general customer service is unacceptable.

@LloydsBank Tried all morning to recover my login details. Get to the sending a code to my mobile, then get an error message saying you have a technical problem. Are you likely to be getting this sorted today please?

@LloydsBank Have now been transferred to wrong department resulting in a prolonged hold period. If Lloyds are going to block transactions for potential fraudulent activity 1. They should inform customer 2.Offer a ring back service. Most people have not got hours of their day to waste on hold

@LloydsBank tried transferring money to Revolut: had my cards locked. Now cannot contact customer service, call queue times of 20 minutes. Come on Lloyds....can you say "customer churn"

@LloydsBank Who’s Tony? I’m attempting to get through to pay balance on credit card. Apparently impossible as debit card is a different address. After 1hr 16mins I’ve finally spoken to spoken to Lloyds colleague and prompted them into adjusting my DD. So, so poor.

@LloydsBank hi, I paid for a product which was never delivered. Apparently out of stock and I should've been refunded. I asked the company why I hadn't been refunded and they said they were having issues with the bank, others haven't been refunded either but it will be sorted
