@LloydsBank hi I am getting a security message to verify its me when I log in to online banking. It says it will phone and when I press call me it immediately just said "we can't because the phone is unavailable" but the number is right and working. What should I do? Thanks

@LloydsBank hi I’ve applied for an overdraft online for my graduate account. And I got it. But there is interest added. It only converted to graduate this year, on your site it says interest free up to 2000 pounds. Why is my overdraft not interest free?

@LloydsBank @mentalhealthuk An unauthorised payment to livelook has been made in my account. I've read online its a scam and they will soon attempt to take a large payment. Customer service said she's had similar calls from Lloyds customers all morning. I'm now on hold with Fraud and have been for an hour!
