Ian J Pyke (@IANPYKE) reported2) @LloydsBank or not as evidence shows. Your customer service is beyond appalling, all u appear to do is pay lip service to customers.
-
Chris Hempsall (@chempsall) reported@LloydsBank Never mind. My mistake. The hotel is using a VPN. When I disconnected from that I got connected. Thanks for your help.

Edward Zhai (@zhaishang58) reported@LloydsBank I still need to send the form back if I update it on desktop site? So if I update it by calling you, do I still need to send the form back? Because according to your colleagues’ twitter reply yesterday, I could update it by phone instead of sending the form back
-
Edward Zhai (@zhaishang58) reported@LloydsBank For the two remaining questions, do you know that? Again, I check the FAQ on your website about CRS, it says you may ask me to fill the form or call you to advise on missing information. So I still have doubts about whether sending the form back is a must

dizzidi67 (@dizzidi67) reported@debrabu74043212 @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank You are correct. You have given the bank access to your account, and technically the money is theirs.

Si (@sijohnston) reported@ihftid @JamesDelingpole @LloydsBank Jack Dorsey devoting the rest of his working life to it, sovereign states buying it, the wealthiest investors adding it to portfolios, publicly traded companies adding to balance sheets, death unlikely. Legacy payment rails (visa) about to get lunch eaten

Edward Zhai (@zhaishang58) reported@LloydsBank I notice there are two fields blank in the “update your country of residence, birth or nationality” page on desktop site, one is country of birth, the other is Town/city of birth, is it ok to leave them empty? Is there any consequences in the future if they are empty?
