@LloydsBank is it common practice that you train staff in your branches to lie? I am away in the south and f England but I have left my savings card up north, I went into branch with my driver’s license like I have a few times while I’ve been down here!

@LloydsBank I was told the couldn’t help me as my card was used in Liverpool today, upon calling my parents this was not the case they just used that as an excuse not to help me! I want something done about this as I have blatantly been lied to by your STAFF!!!

@LloydsBank hi I am getting a security message to verify its me when I log in to online banking. It says it will phone and when I press call me it immediately just said "we can't because the phone is unavailable" but the number is right and working. What should I do? Thanks

@LloydsBank I am trying to open and switch, through CASS, to a Lloyds current account. My account is currently held at HSBC CIIOM which is included on the list of banks in CASS. But my Lloyds application will not allow the switch. Can you explain what the problem could be please?

@LloydsBank @TufnellHenry I just went into my branch in Pembroke Dock to be told I could not take out the amt of money I need because the bank is CLOSING DOWN TODAY! WHAT THE HELL? Why isn't the government stopping this? You know we need our banks. It's hateful & discriminatory.

If there was a branch of @LloydsBank in the town in which I live, I would be in there weekly. But to access a branch I have to drive approximately 15 miles each way. There are no bank branches in the town in which I live. The last one, @HSBC_UK closed about 18 months ago. And like banks, my small, market town has virtually no public transport too.
