    @LloydsBank hi I am getting a security message to verify its me when I log in to online banking. It says it will phone and when I press call me it immediately just said "we can't because the phone is unavailable" but the number is right and working. What should I do? Thanks

    @LloydsBank I have suspicious activity on my account, I'm trying to call using the reference number texted to me and the phone service is bugging out after taking my details, saying "please hold while we connect you to an advisor" and then just asking me the same things again

    I REALLY need everyone's help. A thief has gotten into my FB account and added 2step Authentication so I can't get back in. This account has a @LloydsBank card attached to it and I'm scared the thief will have access to my money. @Facebook @fb_engineering please help me! :(

    @LloydsBank The payer has an annual SO order set up. He is a member of a club and has not attended for many a year. We cannot contact him yet he still pays. Our issue is that he is not paying the correct amount. Surely, this is unfair to both him and us. How do you suggest i rectify this?

    @MrsCupcake79 @LloydsBank I've had a few. Even got an email but when you drill down into the email it's laughable. But not so sure many would do that, which is why they keep sending them I suppose.
