It says it will phone and when I press call me it immediately just said "we can't because the phone is unavailable" but the number is right and working. What should I do? Thanks

Went to pub to order lunch with card and had to enter PIN. Mustn’t like me being away from Southbourne. @bppulseuk app wouldn’t do it either with my £20 credit.

All the efforts I made to get help from your unprofessional call handlers proved abortive because none of them seems to know what to do. I guess no training.
