    I took my daughter to @LloydsBank @Lloydbanks in CMK she had all paperwork the website said she req, plus I was there with ID but as I didn't have utility bill they wouldn't let her open acc I told her to open it at @NatWest_Help instead same as me.

    @LloydsBank found a bug in your app: when trying to set up a payment for a day in the future, if the amount is higher than the available limit of today, an error is shown and the payment cannot be set up.

    @LloydsBank I will take him down to the bank again with the id and see if they will do it now. Not a quick or easy job as he has been ill with long covid for two years. No, we are not waiting til October to get the passport back and use that.

    @Assurant @LloydsBank Please do not use their services poor customer service from Assurant, I'm yet to receive an email from this morning for a claim. I approx pay £18 p/month for platinum insurance services what a load of shite from Lloyds and Assurant.

    Still on the call with advisor who refuses to help. You’d rather let her be a victim of fraud. You should ask @LloydsBank how to do things properly when it comes to safeguarding vulnerable people from harm.

    @LloydsBank Been given a Business Card with mobile but it just takes messages. So if our money was in there that's it! Happy to call up to introduce - this is not customer service.
