    @LloydsBank found a bug in your app: when trying to set up a payment for a day in the future, if the amount is higher than the available limit of today, an error is shown and the payment cannot be set up.

    I took my daughter to @LloydsBank @Lloydbanks in CMK she had all paperwork the website said she req, plus I was there with ID but as I didn't have utility bill they wouldn't let her open acc I told her to open it at @NatWest_Help instead same as me.

    @LloydsBank very disappointed today to find out that you will not be participating in the new banking hub in St Annes on the Sea. Older and less able customers now have to get themselves to Blackpool or Preston. Not good and definitely not good customer service.

    @LloydsBank can you help me access my online banking app (new phone/change of number is complicating this). Ive tried everything, I thought I was getting somewhere and now its asking me to enter the one time pass code which Ive never received. This is getting beyond frustrating

    Getting very frustrated with @LloydsBank the past few days. Had my credit card for years, recently you increased my credit limit without me asking, and this week you won't let me spend!! Keep declining payments and won't let me add to Google wallet. Spoke to customer services...

    @ArturNadol7566 @johnmcdonnellMP It may be illegal to help someone with litigation unless you’re regulated. That’s a big problem. Yes standards should be achieved, however a team of law students can’t help Doris against @LloydsBank through fear of Kate Cheetham sending TLT after them

    It's a bit of a pain to change banks but I can't imagine it will be any worse than staying with @LloydsBank. 35 years I've been with them. Customer service in the St Albans branch today was so deplorable I feel compelled to move to a different bank.
