    I took my daughter to @LloydsBank @Lloydbanks in CMK she had all paperwork the website said she req, plus I was there with ID but as I didn't have utility bill they wouldn't let her open acc I told her to open it at @NatWest_Help instead same as me.

    @LloydsBank found a bug in your app: when trying to set up a payment for a day in the future, if the amount is higher than the available limit of today, an error is shown and the payment cannot be set up.

    @LloydsBank Lloyds the last bank left in Swadlincote is closing January 2026 there’s been a Lloyds here since before I was a kid,do you give your customers any consideration at all? What are people supposed to do here? Not all can travel miles to find another one,awful decision

    @LloydsBank Thanks but I can now login using other browsers however the login box still pops up (as shown in the first screenshot) whenever I try to make a payment. I don't enter anything into this box and can still make a payment however. I can only assume it's a bug that needs to be fixed.

    @LloydsBank I’m just told I have to wait and advised to use either telephone or online banking instead. Leamington Spa branch seems chaotic. I’m a Private Banking customer and very unimpressed.

    Still no money!!!! Still no answers. Still getting passed back and forth online. Payment now bounced and being charged!!! This is terrible service!!! Why is it so hard to get hold of anyone with some sense???? @LloydsBank

    @LloydsBank why are you triggering fraud alerts for anyone trying to register their existing card on a new phone. Yes, that is what you are doing. And it is why your service teams are breaking today. What is going on.

    @LloydsBank Hi Dee. You are both the sending and the receiving bank. We are sitting by the pool both messaging the service app. It's nearly 3 hours now for a payment that was sent at 6am yesterday morning. He has sent money to someone else and it showed up straight away.
