@LloydsBank found a bug in your app: when trying to set up a payment for a day in the future, if the amount is higher than the available limit of today, an error is shown and the payment cannot be set up.

I took my daughter to @LloydsBank @Lloydbanks in CMK she had all paperwork the website said she req, plus I was there with ID but as I didn't have utility bill they wouldn't let her open acc I told her to open it at @NatWest_Help instead same as me.

@LloydsBank That’s the main point, not one of your team could help and I wasted an hour on hold and spoke to people (who’s job title is customer service) who could not help

@LloydsBank bonjour Lloyds just spoke to a helpful lady on the phone to then wait 25 mins on hold to be told the team cannot help me :( you turned my student account into a graduate account whilst I’m still studying apparently I need to go to a branch to sort this? Is that true?

@LloydsBank Hi Scott - been customer for decades - some waived fees (waived for eons) for benefits about to be started and I'm generally not impressed that they represent good value and why after so long suddenly now. What's the current phone delay like? - scarred from previous times

@LloydsBank is something happening with the app right now? I’ve just logged on and it’s saying it can’t show me some information right now. Such as my balance and any transactions after June, really confused as it was working a couple hours ago.

@LloydsBank I have no problems with other internet access, or logging on to other internet banking apps. The problem is only with Lloyds.

@SportsTraderMG @scubagasman @LloydsBank Ask for the name of the person enforcing refusal of entry. Anyone can state exemption. Anxiety caused by not being able to breathe properly is one of many. No proof is required. They breach Discrimination laws by refusing access. They should be arrested for their actions.
