  I took my daughter to @LloydsBank @Lloydbanks in CMK she had all paperwork the website said she req, plus I was there with ID but as I didn't have utility bill they wouldn't let her open acc I told her to open it at @NatWest_Help instead same as me.

  @LloydsBank I have been a lifelong Halifax customer now Lloyds. Why does it continue to take 20 seconds for the app to authenticate and open my accounts? Will you be able to improve this?

  @Lindalindy7 @LloydsBank @HalifaxBank I changed over last week to the lloyds app, no end of issues, I've given up on it now, & just use online banking through my web browser.

  @LloydsBank Yes again it cannot show pending transactions, this is a regular occurrence, never had this issue with the Halifax
