I took my daughter to @LloydsBank @Lloydbanks in CMK she had all paperwork the website said she req, plus I was there with ID but as I didn't have utility bill they wouldn't let her open acc I told her to open it at @NatWest_Help instead same as me.

@LloydsBank after 45 years of loyalty Lloyds bank is now imposing a fee on my gold account. Stuck with Lloyds through some pretty bad service over the years but now moving all my accounts elsewhere.

@LloydsBank never have I experienced such hostile and just out right rude customer service from your Oxford Branch. Training staff on being a decent human being might want to be on the top of your induction list.

@LloydsBank Thank you, needed to check. If Lloyds provides an option to block card payments to gambling sites but doesn't provide an option to block deposits to PayPal, then the gambling block doesn't work as people will use PayPal for gambling. I will tell her to change banks.

@LloydsBank I had a text message from your number to my phone saying I’d paired a new device, and asking to to visit a website if it wasn’t me (I hadn’t paired anything). But, the browser flagged it as a suspicious site, and normally you give a phone number to call?
