I took my daughter to @LloydsBank @Lloydbanks in CMK she had all paperwork the website said she req, plus I was there with ID but as I didn't have utility bill they wouldn't let her open acc I told her to open it at @NatWest_Help instead same as me.

@LloydsBank found a bug in your app: when trying to set up a payment for a day in the future, if the amount is higher than the available limit of today, an error is shown and the payment cannot be set up.

@LloydsBank That’s the main point, not one of your team could help and I wasted an hour on hold and spoke to people (who’s job title is customer service) who could not help

@LloydsBank This is ridiculous. After a 30min I got cut off while the issue was investigated with another department. Was told I would be contacted when resolved. I can’t get through on your phones. Why am I now not getting the promised call back???

@LloydsBank I have tried and tried to cancel my insurance policy renewal. First of all the phone line wasn't functioning despite the recorded message saying you were open and online attempts just refer me to customer services on the non functioning number. Deliberately hard?
