@LloydsBank That’s the main point, not one of your team could help and I wasted an hour on hold and spoke to people (who’s job title is customer service) who could not help

I took my daughter to @LloydsBank @Lloydbanks in CMK she had all paperwork the website said she req, plus I was there with ID but as I didn't have utility bill they wouldn't let her open acc I told her to open it at @NatWest_Help instead same as me.

@LloydsBank Hi there. I’ve just tried to ‘download as pdf’ a statement on one of my accounts, but it doesn’t do anything apart from open it. Do you currently have an issue with the app, otherwise I’ll only be able to do this if I go on my laptop? Thanks!

@LloydsBank @PoppyLegion This bank is absolutely useless if you try and get any help from them. The call us number is a waste of time as you can never get through. You get money stollen from your account and you have no way to contact this third rate service. I never realised Lloyds was so bad.

@LloydsBank Far too many times this has happened now. Problems with the app and payments plus sending money through other Lloyds accounts. Will change to a non Lloyds Bank.

@axainsurance @axainsurance @LloydsBank still waiting for someone to get in touch in regards to claim that happened in 2019. It’s been 5 weeks since I re-submitted all the supporting evidence & documentation requested & I can’t help but feel that this is going to be a repeat of the last time.

@LloydsBank That isn’t possible. I have tried calling, and been disconnected several times. This costs me each time, because I am calling from Tokyo. I’ve spent three hours calling and sending DMs. The problem seems to be on your side. Are you filtering messages?

@LloydsBank I believe the issue may be with the Waitrose site as I am now getting an error message from them when I try to go through the payment. I am on an Apple Mac, laptop and no I don't have any other browser to use sorry.
