Me: I've been having problems with online card payments. @LloydsBank: Yeah, we blocked it, one of the transactions looked iffy. Me: That was a week ago, why didn't you tell me? @LloydsBank: Meh, we figured you'd give us a call eventually.

@LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

@LloydsBank Hi Tony. Is this 7 working days or just 7 general days? Because if it’s just the 7 general days then this should be in my account today/tomorrow but if it’s 7 working days I will need to call. Thanks.

@DavidWebbTweet @LloydsBank Your statement: “Lloyds bank have changed their internet banking system. You no longer have to enter your password to log in! This is a major security flaw in the software update”. How is this a major security flaw ?!?!?!

@LloydsBank Lloyds bank, you have locked me out of my account for 2 months and refused to send OTP to my address to unlock my account. All the efforts I made to get help from your unprofessional call handlers proved abortive because none of them seems to know what to do. I guess no training.

@LloydsBank What is the point of complaining. YOU ARE SHUTTING THE BANKS. YOU ARE DENYING ACCESS TO HUMAN BEINGS. YOU ARE REMOVING HUMAN STAFF. YOU ARE NO LONGER A BANK. I AM LOOKING ELSEWHERE NOW TO MAKE MY MONEY SAFE.

@LloydsBank Dear lloyds there are me and thousands of others like me that do not want digital ID. It's not simply an ID. I'm a proud customer of lloyds but if this is enforced on customers I will and many people I know will close thier accounts with you if you go down this path. I hope..

LLOYDS APP SHAMBLES @LloydsBank managed to turn online banking into a raffle where nearly half a million customers got a peek at someone else’s finances. Open the app to check your balance, leave with a stranger’s transactions, account details and national insurance number. Just the sort of premium service that really says trusted high street institution. The bank says an overnight software defect caused the chaos, which is a way of admitting someone fiddled with the wiring and half the country briefly thought their money had gone on a car they never bought. Customers were left panicked, confused and wondering whether they’d been hacked. Lloyds responded with goodwill payments averaging about £38 each, which apparently is now the going rate for accidental identity.. This is the magic of modern banking. Total convenience right up until your app starts freelancing as someone else’s wallet. The regulators are now circling, the bank is very sorry, and the rest of us are once again being asked to trust the same people who cannot update software without turning basic banking into a national farce. @LBGplc Extremely disappointed with @LloydsBank customer service is the worst. My partner withdrew a large amount of money and wasn’t given an envelope. When he asked, he was told “I can only give a money bag, it’s not big enough,” so he had to carry a *** of cash on the high street.
