@LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

@LloydsBank Hi Tony. Is this 7 working days or just 7 general days? Because if it’s just the 7 general days then this should be in my account today/tomorrow but if it’s 7 working days I will need to call. Thanks.

@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank They are apparently going to start going after higher net worth customers. Apart from it being a ridiculous idea that they could take a piece of that market, with customer service like that… no chance.

@JustStop_Oil @LloydsBank @HSBC_UK Lets carry on and get being working class to be socially unacceptable. Until we do that, the planet isn’t safe.

@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank @AXA Are your utilities government owned? That is awful. When government gets involved in anything, it's a disaster. Ours just passed a law (building code) that all new buildings have to have heat pumps - no gas. Glad we built 20 years ago!

@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank My new working theory for many customer services is..keep you on hold for ages as they get a cut of the bill you have to pay for the non free numbers..🤷

@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank Make a log of all your call attempts. Call a plumber direct and get them to diagnose - might be a simple fix. Get receipt from plumber and either get Lloyds to pay it as their service has failed, or ask them for a refund of your emergency cover premiums for the last 12 months.

@YardleyShooting @LloydsBank Mine stopped working so I poured hot water on the condensate pipe which is normally plastic and runs from the boiler to a household drainage system or soakaway outside. Have you tried doing that?
