    @LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

    @LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

    @LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

    @LloydsBank It's been fine since forever, so why would it stop working now? In any case, everyone SHOULD use a VPN for banking. That's what you should be advising.

    @LloydsBank had a lovely couple of days away from reality on hold to your fraud line. Not only does my business card get blocked weekly for making business transactions, but then I get to speak to 3 departments all of who can’t help me! Thanks again for your commitment to service

    @LePlonge @LloydsBank I have exactly the same problem. I have rung them 4 or 5 times now and each time it’s about 45 mins waiting for someone to answer so that I can access my savings. Can’t wait to ditch this bank.

    @LloydsBank Sorry I’ve got no idea who Stephen is. Ive called 0345 072 5555 three times. I’ve just been told after 40 mins that there is no block on my card and its on my partners but hes got to ring up and wait an hour. Lloyds bank - making business easy 👍🏼

    @LloydsBank What's wrong with Lloyds login? I get "Sorry, we've had to log you off [Error: 1007 ID: 32297984]" immediately upon trying to get to the login page.
