    @LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

    @LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

    @LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

    @philfreie @kathrynhall_ Transferred money from @LloydsBank to a friend's to pay for an item. Though I had been a customer for 30 years the transaction was blocked. I couldn't withdraw any money until I presented with my ID. My money was held to ransome for >24hrs until I complied. This is how easy it is

    Once again, despite all my Direct Debits and Standing Orders being scheduled for the 1/2nd of the month, @LloydsBank take them 2 days early before I get paid. Stop taking my money early. I don’t like getting messages telling me I’ve defaulted on my Mortgage. Crap service as per.

    Hi! @LloydsBank I’m an International student and i’m new to the UK. I am opening my Lloyds bank account from last 3,4 days everytime I fillout the whole form and submit it it shows me an error like “It looks like something went wrong” can you please guide me what to do

    @LloydsBank Thanks for your reply. I didn’t have the time to call back, wait and go through the system again. I will call in at local branch to see if they can help as this is the second long call I’ve had with you without much success!

    @LloydsBank not happy with customer service. On call for 25 mins trying to set up telephone & internet as an POA. Last adviser said she couldn’t transfer me back to previous team (they said it could be transferred back) then she just cut me off!!!
