@LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

@LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

@LloydsBank .@LloydsBank has frozen my accounts for over 10 months now, after they lost my financial data including my NI number for an ISA and Registered Mail with sensitive infor. they requested to 'fix' the issue. They are a bureaucratic nightmare. You want security, this is not the bank?

I limp all the way to my local #LloydsBank branch with all my documents. #LloydsBank ACTO team was so EVIL AND CRUEL for this. I waste all my time thinking it’s now been resolved and the block has been removed ONLY to try and make a payment again for it to be declined (7)

@LloydsBank Yes it showed as leaving, the error was for online payment for flight tickets and just said "error, the payment could not go through"

@theandybe @LloydsBank Agree Andy. I"m appalled at how our business is being treated by Lloyds tonight. We are trying to pay our staff and being passed from pillar to post. No one has a clue why internet banking isn't working. Total joke

@talktoBOI Surely an email should have been sent to me to explain that? Also it's taken 6 weeks for an existing BOI customer to open a savings account. Seems unnessarily long. With @LloydsBank I added a savings account within my online banking in a few clicks.
