    @LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

    @LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

    @LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

    @LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

    @LloydsBank I opened a club current account yesterday and your app simply will not let me set up mobile banking. So complicated. Error 9200200 or error 500 and logs me off every time I try. Good first impression, huh?

    @LloydsBank He didn’t raise complaint just kept saying can’t do anything or help you with that info, so that was that, feel like I am wasting my time. I also have an account with Lloyds which I am considering closing, as they are both at same aggressive obviously and the bank is unhelpful

    @LloydsBank are terrible and constantly block my card for ‘fraud’ checks every two mins. I’ve even gone to the bank today to withdraw money for builders & I now have to wait for the fraud team. Anybody with a better bank that doesn’t constantly waste my time?

    @LloydsBank hi, are you having problems with the systems? I’m trying to buy a new computer that I urgently need but my card keeps declining - why do I have to call and wait 30+ min - we’re in the 21st century. No wonder people are flocking to modern banks like Monzo

    @LloydsBank elderly friend has lost her debit card, she doesn't do online or telephone banking. Customer services keep disconnecting the call. She is worried sick. Any help greatly appreciated.
