    @LloydsBank oh you don’t have a debit card on that account, no problem use the one on your other account. Oh you don’t have it. No I am sorry the fact I know who you are and you have your passport does not help me. We cannot make a payment from your account.

    @LloydsBank we need a piece of plastic with an #electronicchip and a #pinnumber to be absolutely certain you are who you say you are my old friend! How more secure a transaction could be with a customer there in person with their passport in their own branch fails me.

    @LloydsBank when @TSB left the group the bank that likes to say Yes took customer service with it. Now we are left with the computer says no. We are warned don’t be fooled by #phishing protect your #identity online #besafe. Visit your home branch to do your business.

    @LloydsBank I have! I either don’t get through or when I do your call operators are clueless and no help what do ever! Because I have a child’s account attached to mine, they are insisting that I need permission off an 11 year old in order to change my address! #useless

    @LloydsBank Thanks, spoke to customer services, they told me to cut it up so I did. It's strange not to have a process for handing it into a branch and bank contacting the customer, to save them a 5 day wait though.

    @LloydsBank The in-app live chat is now off whilst they were transferring me. I asked for a payment to be stoped 2 hrs ago, the cut off is 2.30 today. How do I do this if the chat isn’t working? I can’t call, my mobile cuts off. None of this is designed for the energy impaired

    @LloydsBank I really don't understand why someone can't call me. I have been in the branch and they can't help either. Waiting a total of over 5 hours to NOT get an issue sorted is disgraceful.
