I’ve been a @LloydsBank customer since 1990s. No complaint about the service, and grateful for their CSR support for my employer. But I’m bemused as to why they keep offering me car insurance deals when I’ve not had a car since 2002, as is bleedin’ obvious from said bank account.

@LloydsBank well done you for blocking my access to my own money without any notification when I recently had to travel abroad in an emergency. Zero customer service available due to time difference. Always good to leave a lone female stranded without access to their cash abroad!
