    @LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

    @LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

    @LloydsBank went into Hartlepool branch to do ID check etc for an account for my 13yo daughter. Great service (kicking myself for not getting the lady's name), she talked directly to my daughter about the account, explained well and gave her good security advice too, 5*

    @LloydsBank I'm beside myself. I've spent an hour trying to sort something out with your staff abd having made 5 calls from the banking app and been cut off twice and the people I need to speak to have finished. Absolutely atrocious service.

    @LloydsBank Yeah I gave up and used my mastercard instead. I will be moving my bank from Lloyds at the earliest opportunity because this is just not good enough customer service.

    @LloydsBank On 16th June I was told by your complaints team that they'd call me in 5-7 working days with an update on an account I've been trying to open since November. I'm still waiting for that call.

    So got a new iPhone and now Lloyds saying my credit card isn’t supported for Apple Pay despite be using it just fine for the past two years on my old phone. “Your Issuer Does Not yet Offer Support for This Card” Nobody in support knows why. @LloydsBank

    @LloydsBank I haven’t got errors. There was no any reference number, no email or call from you. The page looked like success, but nothing happened ever since. At the branch I was told there was no any account or application from me.
