@LloydsBank The teller said ‘I don’t know what on Earth we could do about it’. She came outside briefly but said she couldn’t go far enough away from the branch to see, so my wife and I contacted the RSPCA. They are assessing whether they can help or not. That’s all I know.

@Cleric20 @LloydsBank Yeah, I don’t like to do the old ‘moaning on Twitter’ thing but I’m a bit flabbergasted to be honest - literally a daily deluge of messages telling me my account is overdrawn, my loans are unpaid etc. I am not a customer of this company!!!!! Surely this must happen a lot??

Why do call centres put you on hold for so long? I’ve been waiting nearly 30 minutes and wouldn’t be surprised if I’m suddenly cut off because of their office has closed. Why not offer a call back service @LloydsBank @AXA?

@LloydsBank I was answered - first call took nearly 30 minutes to get through - told to ring another number, because they couldn't find info (?what?) - took another forty minutes to speak to a human being - cut off after less than two minutes. It's an appalling 'service'. Hire more staff,!
