    @LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

    @LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

    @LloydsBank Because why? Same amount or same person who wrote the 2 checks. So I have to drive 30 miles to fix this? If I’d known it was going to do this in advance I would have waited and submitted the second check on a later day. Perhaps u should warn people.

    @LloydsBank Husband & i each received cheque for identical amount from his mum, i deposited both on mobile app this a.m., one now reversed as a correction, no idea which. Assume app thinks it's a duplicate but each cheque has different sequence no. so why the rejection & how can i fix this?

    @LloydsBank I think it's all about profits, making people go cashless, stoping honest people paying money in is nothing to do with preventing crime, otherwise you would let criminals pay it in and take it away. its all government and big business working together to profit fro the public.

    @LloydsBank I understand what u r saying but the only “issue” was that I had two checks to deposit that happened to be written by the same person for the same amount. Your system is obviously not designed for this. I would have preferred to know about this feature in advance.

    Hello @LloydsBank is there an issue with phone payments at the min? I paid for Petrol using my phone a couple of hours ago and just tried to use my phone to pay for shopping for it to get constantly declined.

    @LloydsBank It is a business account. I’ve tried asking for an unlock and tried asking for customer service, all lines say the same thing
