@LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

@LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

Hey @LloydsBank #Android13 looks to be rolling out to Pixel phones from this week. In 2021 when Android 12 came out your banking app stopped working. Before I upgrade to Android 13 can you confirm that the Lloyds banking app works with Android 13?

@LloydsBank I would have hoped your tech team had a testing capability that would do this before release. Anyhow, it works in Chrome so is just a problem in Safari

@LloydsBank Visited Derby branch in May to close a Business acc. Provided all the details as requested inc where the account money should be transferred. 3mths later acc remains open&told we didn’t provide clear instructions. We got no letters to state their was an issue#nothappy

@LloydsBank 's inability to sort out IT issues is shocking. They still can't accept Mx titles when applying for account opening over the phone and their fraud prevention makes making payments incredibly annoying and periodically fails to notify customer of the issue.

@LloydsBank refused to extend my credit card expiry date so I can make long range hotel bookings. Said can't be done - useless customer service and not believable! shall bank elsewhere?

Twitter is great when you have a problem. Husband can’t see his @ScottishWidows pension in the @LloydsBank app. I try to log in online and it can’t show us the policy. Search Twitter and lots are having same problems. Not good but reassuring it’s not just us.
