@LloydsBank I am a Premier Banking customer of over 40 years. Allianz owe me £663 medical expenses claim now outstanding since June. Compained 8 weeks ago still nothing. Please help. Dreadful customer service. Phones not answered, emails ignored. Reference 4435888

@LloydsBank So what to I do to escalate this then??? Just spent 45 minutes on hold and got cut off! Completely hopeless Bank and Non existent service. Complaint to financial ombudsman is my only option.

@LloydsBank ..and no I can't carry out my day to day banking at the Post Office, it closes at 5pm & for a 90 minute break in the arfternoon. What if I want to access money in the evening? Also I cannot withdraw anywhere near as much as I can at the bank (yes this is relevant to me right now)

@georgek01269541 @LloydsBank My account wasn’t locked, Support was not doing anything over 30+ days since first reported.All access denied I couldn’t access it, I was so confused not until someone referred me to Multitask_support on Instagram who help me to reactivate it so of course they can help
