@LloydsBank @DazEllisagain I have just been on the phone to #LloydsBank over them stealing from my account to pay #Amazon for years. 3 months, over phone, guaranteed it wouldn't happen again! How come you lie to a customer of 25 years. Disconnected me after an hour! Disgusting.

Everyone trying to make payments on line with @LloydsBank There is indeed a problem with their online verification! It's been going on for over 6 hours now! #Lloyds #lloydsbank Don't bother calling it took me 40 mins to get through and 1.5hrs to get a correct answer!

@LloydsBank 11 days later, card has not been received... which kind of bank are you @LloydsBank if you can not provide a minimum of service? you are making my complicated situation even worst. Once this will be sorted out, I will change bank for sure.

@LloydsBank An online payment wasn't going through, which could have been issues on either end, but when I checked the app an error message came up there (which I can't remember the contents of now, sorry!)
