    @AutoInfatuation @LloydsBank Their service is now appalling as when calling, there are often long wait times and they use the pandemic as an excuse for service that is unacceptable. This latest episode is a follow-on from pensions/endowment misselling, packaged bank account fees and PPI scandals.

You're right, my days w them are over, esp when I went into branch the 1st time they cancelled me and told me to 'stand on the red dot'.
