How not to do customer service @LloydsBank in Derby. I had a cashier reluctant to accept folded cash to be paid in, I was patronisingly told it would be accepted ‘this time’, I refused & asked for my money back. I don’t bank to be spoken to like that.

@LloydsBank my credit card expires in 7 months, cannot book hotels in 12 months time so need expiry extended. Lloyds say cannot do it. Not believable and appalling customer service! I'll be forced take a new account with a different bank.

@LloydsBank Visited Derby branch in May to close a Business acc. Provided all the details as requested inc where the account money should be transferred. 3mths later acc remains open&told we didn’t provide clear instructions. We got no letters to state their was an issue#nothappy

@Kasper7 @MindfulAPG @LloydsBank Since Anna left in April its gone to pot with disaster after disaster, the land owners and site Management ctte, and various experts organisations being ignored and left out of management. I had a meeting with the land owners last month too. Small blues bulldozed in their roost.
