@LloydsBank I have noticed the app has an issue, when trying to look at credit score when you click it it says it’s encountered an issue.

@LloydsBank It's been ongoing for over a month and lots of other people have tweeted you about it, so it needs to be logged as an issue. Restarting the app, the device, and changing between mobile/WiFi data makes no difference

@LloydsBank I have now had an email from Allianz, they say my claim has been approved but don’t know when I will get the money. They have a backlog and staff shortage! You as a Bank offering their product need to rectify this as you are not giving your customers a decent service. Furious!!!

@LloydsBank Well there is because loads of people are having the issue? I can't use the website, because I'm trying to pay my credit card using my other bank account, and on the website you can only pay using another card

@LloydsBank I make payments through open banking all the time so I know how it works, and I've never had any issues. This is the lloyds app redirecting me to a browser to log in, even if I do it takes me back to the home page again

@LloydsBank It is silently discarded, I just get the same login screen again with the login fields empty. I have confirmed my user ID and password by logging in to Lloyds internet banking on same browser! The process has been started from the app (Android).
